FORENSIC
MENTAL HEALTH / DISABILITY

‘Forensic’ means related to, or associated with, legal issues. We specialise in working with NDIS participants who have a history of criminal offending, or those who are at risk of offending. We work with a wide range of offenders in a biopsychosocial framework using a strengths-based approach, ensuring evidence-based practice is paramount.

All interventions are person-centered and are targeted to lower offending behaviour. We use a wide range of interventions such as linking people to community-based programs, positive behaviour support, counselling, teaching functional life skills and many more.

ABORIGINAL AND TORRES STRAIT ISLANDER PEOPLES

We proudly engage with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples from rural and remote communities across South Australia.

In our approach, we integrate technology into our behaviour support plans, creating easy-to-understand videos in plain English. This ensures that our plans are accessible and actionable for individuals who have English as a second language or from remote communities.

Cultural sensitivity lies at the heart of our operations. We prioritise understanding and respecting diverse cultural backgrounds. Our values are grounded in treating everyone with dignity and respect.
